Billions of dollars are spent every year by people who want to improve (among other things) their looks, cholesterol, sex life, resistance to infection/getting sick and lose weight. Even more money is spent each year treating health issues such as diabetes, osteoporosis, cancer, depression, dementia, and cardiovascular disease. Despite the massive amounts of money being invested, no one has come up with a product that solves any of these health issues without potentially serious side effects or financial cost to the patient/client. Also, none of the products/ treatments are effective on or appropriate for more than just a small percentage of the population overall.

But what if there was a simple, yet effective solution—a “magic pill” that could prevent or significantly reduce the risk of:

  • Obesity
  • Diabetes
  • Osteoporosis
  • High “bad” cholesterol
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Age related dementia
  • Joint/muscle pain associated with aging
  • Most cases of back and neck pain
  • Early aging
  • Impaired cognitive functioning in middle age
  • Many (and possibly most) cancers

In addition, this “magic pill” could also:

  • Improve sex life
  • Improve resistance to infection/getting sick
  • Improve life expectancy
  • Improve mental health
  • Improve IQ
  • Slow age related memory loss
  • Slow the growth of, and increase the survival from many cancers
  • Improve quality of life

Is there such a “pill”? YES!!! And it has no bad side effects, is effective for everyone and…..it’s free!! Sounds too good to be true, but it’s not. Unfortunately, most Americans are not interested in this “magic pill” because it involves exercise. Yes, that’s right….regular moderate exercise. Numerous studies and decades of research have shown that regular exercise provides all the above listed (and many more) health benefits. Add in a healthy diet and the benefits of exercise are greatly enhanced. Sadly, fewer than 50% of Americans exercise regularly. Even fewer consume a healthy diet.
